Dating and busy schedule

My boyfriend and I have a completely opposite schedule and we only hang out about twice a week because of it. It makes me jealous to see all my friends hanging out with their SO's every weekend. My bf can't hang out on weekends because he works until midnight both nights. Any advice? Idk what to do, it's so hard.
