what does Braxton hicks feel like???

I keep getting pains in my lower abdomen every now again but I'm not sure what it is... The baby still moving so idk ... I don't remember what cramps feel like ... I had mirena for 5 years and ended up pregnant 2 months later!!!  are these pains cramps I'm feeling???

If it's painful it could be ligament pain. BH just feels like tightening in your stomach where it can even ball-up.

For me, Braxton hicks is when my whole stomach gets hard. I also have a harder time breathing during that time but it's not painful, just uncomfortable. It doesn't last too long either. And if you move or switch sides, it usually goes away.
