Should I wash my face at morning or night?

I am currently using LUSH Cosmetics' Dark Angels. I have acne prone oily skin.

I started breaking out kinda badly and was like "no thank you!" so I vamped up my facial care.
Start with exfoliation of face with a separate bath puff just for your face - get a new one every six weeks because of bacteria (they're cheap, don't worry). Rinse.
1:1 mixture of Burt's Bees acne facial scrub and willow bark and peach scrub (normally pea-shaped bits of both). Mix together, apply to face, and scrub with a little pressure for a minute. Rinse.
One pump of Clearasil facial cleanser. Lather and spread on face for a minute. Rinse.
Dampen cotton ball with Burt's Bees acne solutions toner and apply to face. Let it soak in.
Squeeze a LITTLE Clearasil facial moisturizing lotion and apply evenly to face. Let it seep in.
I get a large pimple once every six weeks or so - that's it.

You can clean your face as often as you'd like but at least once a day. However, remember to spritz your face with a toner afterwards to rebalance the natural pH.

I have acne prone combination skin and its sensitive.  I only use a wash at night with a routine....  And in the morning i lightly cleanse with witch hazel because it isn't harsh and shrinks pores,  so all i do is moisturize after and my skin is at an optimal level for makeup use, so my pores are small and my skin isn't dry.
