I had my baby but she passed away

Hi Ladies,

I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl at 24 weeks and 4 days unfortunately she passed away soon after birth. I feel so heartbroken 💔💔💔💔😭😭😭😭😭😭 I wasn't due until Decemeber and I gave birth via emergency c-section on August 27th.
