Did you miscarry after losing red blood (no clots)in week 5-6. Thank you ladies.

I had a bleed at 5w 3d. (Now I'm 6w). Started pink turned to red. About 4 hrs long then pink spotting the day after. I've had no major pain. Just a few cramps. Am I having an early miscarriage?
