advice please?

I come off AF on 3rd September, on 7th I took morning after pill and today I've woke up with bad cramps and I'm bleeding heavy? Should I be having another period this early? It's never happened to me before and my AF is always like clock work apart from this month AF turned up a week early! Will I be ok or do I need to ring my GP?
