GRAPHIC (not clickbait) - Is this a miscarriage?

It started last week that I had very light pink spotting (barely) and than I also had dark brown blood/clot come out randomly. But Saturday night it started getting alittle more like a period, like bright red but not dark, and than yesterday it got alittle more and today I've been bleeding a lot and have mild cramps. I got up from bed cause I thought resting would help with the cramps but as I got up I felt something ooze out of me and when I went to the bathroom and wiped I saw this:
