I have some velveeta cheese that says "use by April 2016. I'm thinking this is hardly real food... It's processed I don't know what! Would you think it's safe to eat? If I wasn't pregnant I probably would (but then again I probably wouldn't want it. Hahah but I just thought I'd see what y'all had to say.

Its 5 months out of date and cheese is one of the easiest foods for breading bad bacteria. I would no way chance it this would be in the bin for health safety reasons. Especially in pregnancy absolutely not!

Noooo way. Five days later, MAYBE. Five months? Yuck. It's not real cheese, but they still put the date on their for a reason. A McDonald's happy meal looks the same five months after you buy it because all the stuff that's it the food, but does that mean it's okay to eat? Ehhhh, probably not. It's hardly okay to eat when you first buy it. 😅

Is it the block stuff that isn't refrigerated? If so & it hasn't been used yet I'd probably use it anyways. It's not exactly real cheese. But use your best judgement & don't use it if you're not comfortable with it.
