Don't know if this is the start of labor, but my back pain is pretty intense in my lower back all the way from side to side. I'm 39 weeks, three days and scheduled to be induced on Thursday if I don't have her before then. Haven't really had any contractions, maybe if you cramps but the back pain never gives up. Anybody else have back pain as a first sign of labor?
