So I went in for my 30 week check up today and last night I had the worse pressure down below and then this awful feeling of something dropping and I had the hardest time sleeping with the pressure. And then today the pressure came and went a little and then was very much constant for 3 hours right before and during my appointment. So my doctor decided to check me just in case and says I'm 1 cm dilated already and he's worried baby won't make it to full term especially since I had my first at 37 1/2 weeks and I've been dealing with contractions on and off for the last couple weeks too. He said he will be checking me every appointment to see if I'm dilating more but if at anytime between appointments if things feel worse or I just have a feeling I need to be checked he said I could come in at anytime during office hours and get checked without an appointment. He told me he hopes I can make it to 37 weeks but he's not sure.
