I know this is not pregnancy related but I just need to vent.

My 7 year old soils (poops) himself all the time. I don't know what to do. It doesn't matter how many times I talk to him, if I take his toys away. He will always do it. I make him take a shower and wash his underwear, so that maybe he'll stop. But nothing works. I've taking him to the doctor. As a matter of fact I did today TODAY the doctor talked to him and he still just pooped. He says it hurts, and I tell him well if you hold it in then it's gonna hurt you when u need to go. He doesn't care. Yes I know he needs fiber, and I do give him fruits, vegetables, apple juice and he still holds it in. I think he's just being lazy about it, but how do I get him to stop!! I'm so tired of trying. This last week he came home from school smelling like poop. They had to change his underwear. I just don't know what to do anymore 😢😢😢😢
