help!! 11 weeks pregnant with twins and the SPD begins!!
I'm now 11 weeks with 2 beautiful babies and as you can see from the pic I'm already rather portly!
This is my 4th pregnacy and I've suffered with spd for the last 2 only this time it's come on super early and I have no idea how I'm going to cope with it for the next 25+ weeks while I run around after a 15 month old and do he school run too!!
Hoping you lovely ladies will have some advice and words of encouragement, I'm currently waiting in a physio appiontment but been told it can take up to 8 weeks.
