My suggestion to all women is to just try breastfeeding at first and see how that goes. It's obviously not for everyone but you'll never know until you try.

Why are people saying fed is best? Obviously you need to feed your child. What are you going to do, let them starve? Try breastfeeding and if it doesn't work out, go to formula. Breastfeeding has many benefits for the child, mother and their bonding. Don't stress if breastfeeding doesn't work out because that is what formula is for!

My son was formula fed since 6 weeks old, he's had one cold in his 13 months of existence. His cousin? Exclusively breastfed for 9 months and she's sick all the time. I feel it depends on the child and not what you feed them. Fed is best.

Mother's milk tea is the best thing you can drink while breadt feeding it will seriously help keep up your milk supply.

If by bottle you're asking pump and feed breastmilk in a bottle, I will say many women have difficulty keeping their supply up doing that. You body will build a much better supply breastfeeding than exclusively pumping. To me breastfeeding is just easier. No washing bottles, no prep, no going out only to realize you forgot to pack formula. I forget everything, but forgetting your boobs is really really difficult. 😂

Breastfeeding obviously has more benefits than formula, but as long as baby is being fed, it doesn't matter how you do it.
