Can pregnant mommies eat cold lunchmeat and hot dogs that have been cooked?

I do all the time. The last few weeks on this app/community only. Is the only time i have ever heard anyone say no cold cuts or hotdogs. I find it odd. Not saying anyone is wrong or should or shouldn't. It is just news to me. But i am also one to eat sushi on occasion. Just in moderation and no skeevey places.

As long as they are heated to steaming hot then it's fine

I eat cold lunch meat but I heat the dogs up to 165 degrees.

My go to food is corn dogs 😓. My OB said it was fine but to be sure to eat other protein and green veggies as well.
