Balanced diet and morning sickness??

Does any one have any tips on how to eat (and keep down!) healthy foods/ meals when you have morning sickness? I was really careful to have a balanced diet and load of fruit n veggies when I first got pregnant, now I'm in week 8 and for the last 2 weeks I have barely been able to eat anything other than peanut butter on toast and jacket potatoes with a tiny bit of cheese? Have been drinking a little orange juice and appletise, and taking the vitamin tablets - but am worried that I'm not exactly eating a balanced diet! Plus living off carbs is making me very bloated,which makes me feel worse!! Help!
