For the last couple days I've been very crampy (started as abdomen cramps and now feel like period cramps starting), there's a ton of pressure on my pelvis, and I'm getting these lightning bolt sharp pains in my vagina that literally take my breath away. They last anywhere from a few seconds to a couple minutes and they do not stop when changing position. I'm also having a bit of clear thick watery ish discharge when I wipe. No blood. My hips feel stiff like I can't move them properly. And I have this nagging, low aching pain in my lower back.

Please if someone is feeling similar or have felt it, let me know what it all means??

I have a dr app tomorrow and I do plan on *trying to remember* to ask him about it.

Like I said I'm an ftm and I'm so nervous about every new pain.
