When your boyfriend brakes up with you

We were dating on and off for 2 years . And last week I went to TN to see family and he got mad and then when I got back he said I slept with every guy that I saw " not true". And then he blocked me on snapchat and said that it got deleted not true bc my best friend had him still on hers and then he told me it's not working out and then he said I love you and hope that we can get back to gather later. And then I got mad and told him not to say anything that he can't promise. Then I posted a pic on Instagram and then I got blocked. And his friend text me and told me he didn't like the pic of me can I take it down bc the I wrote don't trust people that you loved for so long. And the hole thing went down why my grandfather is sick in the hospital and he knows how close I am to him and he called him and told him that I slept with every guy. So now my grandfather want look at me when I go visit. What should I do it is killing me knowing that he is telling him stuff when he may not be here for me to tell the truth?
