Baby with no job

So the other day I met up with a friend for lunch and she brought a friend I had never met before. We got to talking & her friend just says she wants a baby because she doesn't want to work. She says her husband will pay for everything and she will stay home. She is secretly trying to get pregnant by telling him the wrong ovulation week to avoid sex. Is it me or do you think what she said is a little weird?
