we had a baby💙 my story
Here is how my Brextyn Elijah entered this world at 37weeks and 5 days💙
430 PM- water breaks. Not a huge pop but it was more than obvious. No contractions except what I believed was BH- no pain
530pm- finally get through the hassle of getting into labor and delivery (3pm dilated/75% effaced- same as 1 week ago).
7:30pm- huge POP sound and the flood gates opened! Moderate contractions about every 10 mins lasting 40-60 seconds
8pm: nurse had me get up to pee and walk around still 3cm
8:20- extreme pain. I mean yelling pain. Contractions suddenly lasting 2 mins at 30 seconds to a minute apart.
9pm: nurse came in and told me I dilated from 3 to 9cm in that 40 mins so no epidural for me. Just gave me some pain meds that weren't helpful.
Got to 10 cm in the next hour and pushed like hell until 10:37 when my reason for being put on this earth was born.Â
