Weird Symptoms

My husband and I have been trying to conceive since July so of course I notice every twitch and tingle lol. 

This month I kept an eye on my cervical fluid so we can have sex during my fertile days. After my fertile days, I will ovulate and then almost all my cervical fluid will seem to cease. This month,after I ovulated, I have been experiencing quite a bit white and creamy discharge. I had to put on a panty liner to protect my underwear. This is not normal for me. Also, my boobs will usually start to burn and tingle and then I will experience pain and sensitivity up until my period. This month they started to tingle for a couple of days and then it just stopped. I'm not complaining, (because I hate when my boobs hurt). I'm just confused and of course I hope it could be early pregnancy symptoms 😊, but I don't want to get my hopes up. Any advice?
