Should I Tell Him?!?!?

When I was in high school I got pregnant and had an abortion at 17 (no comments/sass on that please). I starting dating my husband a year after this and at 25 yrs old we have now been married almost a year. I have known my husband since we were in middle school and he is my best friend. I just feel like it would wreck our relationship if I were to tell him now as we are starting to talk about having kids. I have talked to my doctor to see if there would be any issues in trying to get pregnant and she said there is nothing to worry about. Should I tell him?!?
