IVF Success!!!!
So I know I have been absent but I found it better while going through stims, egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and the wait to keep to myself. It helped me focus on where I was at instead of worrying about where I should be. Well I only produced 5 follicles at the end of stims. At egg retrieval they were only able to get 4 mature eggs. One had a cracked Zona so they were not able to use that one. They did ICSI on the remaining 3 and all 3 fertilized. Since I only had 3 eggs the doctor wanted to do a 3 day transfer with assisted hatching. We decided to put the best 2 which the embryologist said looked great. I hardly had any signs of pregnancy. Maybe a little tiredness and cramping for a short period of time about a couple days after embryo transfer. I was even crying a couple days ago because I thought I wasn't pregnant but they just called and told me I was pregnant after doing my beta!!!! We are so happy. So don't get discouraged even if you don't have a lot of follicles, eggs, or signs and symptoms. It only takes one. Good luck to everyone!!!!
