hELP!! Gestational hemorrhage?

I had my scan a few weeks ago at 7 weeks 6 days and i am currently 10 weeks today i went for my first prenatal appointment with my midwife and she said that the scan showed 2 separate gestational hemorrhage the size of 2cm each, has anybody else had this? Did they lose the baby or did it resolve itself? I am freaking out and want other mummies advise on this, my midwife said that they usually resolve them selves and they will check it at my next ultrasound in october (i will be 13-14 weeks)
