I'm almost positive I O'd 19 days ago, I had noticeable cramping on right side for several hours 20 days ago accompanied by ewcm, a temp tip followed next day by a temp spike that has stayed elevated for 19 days. My right nipple feels like it has rug burn, I'm moody and nauseous but I've been spotting off/on very lightly for a week.  I've had two miscarriages and only spotted while pregnant directly before loosing the pregnancy. I'm terrified to test and see that I am pregnant just to then mc a few days later. I wish I would either stop spotting or actually bleed. Ugh...
