14 weeks is too early to get an accurate ultrasound gender. Males and females still look similar. By 18 weeks they are different enough to tell.

Looks like boy parts but it's too early not all babies genitals are fully developed until 16-18 weeks. They all start out looking like boys. I was told boy at 16 and 18 weeks and it looks exactly like this in 3D and I had a girl.

Early babies have nubs. When pointed down it's a girl and up it's a boy. Still really early.
