Myo- inositol has only been proven to be beneficial for women with PCOS.  If you have PCOS then it can't hurt. There's a great book called "it starts with an egg" which details all kinds of fertility supplements. If you do not have PCOS then there may be better options out there for you.

I was ttc for 2+ years with pcos. Tried Femara at a fertility center over the summer and that wouldn't even get me to ovulate half the time. I totally don't believe in supplements but we weren't ready to move on to injectibles and iui wasnt covered by my insurance. Took this 1 month and had the shortest cycle of my life (30 days) second month would have been a 36 day cycle BUT I GOT PREGNANT. WITHOUT THE FERTILITY CLINIC. Another brand people like is pregnitude which is a higher dose. I was also using maca root at the time I got pregnant but there is more research out there for the myo-inisotol (pre mama). Good luck!

I just bought a box from GNC and was curious if it works. I started it after my period so i hope it still works. No fertility problems that we know of but have been trying for 2 years. Hopefully it's starts our new year off with a bang. Fingers crossed. Baby dust

Yep! I miscarried twice last year after using preseed. So I didn't want to use that again. Waited a few months after the last one, then when I didn't ovulate one month, I decided to try premama, got pregnant during the first month and so far no miscarriage 🙏🏻 I am now 10w3d with a strong fetal heartbeat. I don't have PCOS as far as I know.

Yes!! The first time I tried it I ovulated that cycle very normal cd16 and without being on Clomid. The second time I used (next cycle) first cycle on Clomid and I ovulated late cd23 but I'm not going to blame it on premama, I still ovulated. And I'm currently on my third cycle using it 2nd cycle on Clomid. I have pcos and I don't ovulate on my own so for me I'm convinced.

I had been using it for about 3 months when I went in for my first fertility appt. my doctor said since it is not FDA approved she wanted me to stop it. Obviously it wasn't working anyway 😉

I'm taking Cassava Root with Folic Acid. It helps with my periods, been on it for a couple of wks now. I heard that it works so here's hoping I'm also taking it with Vitex. Does anyone else have any suggestions bc I suffer from endometriosis and I'm open for anything
