Cramps? :(

Hi, I am what I think is 4 weeks 2 days pregnant. Tonight I have mild cramps and severe constipation (which could be causing the cramps itself) I haven't been to doctor yet and I am really nervous about this. :( they are not as strong as period cramps but they are definitely there. We tried for so long now I am just a nervous wreck something could go wrong :( is this normal?
