Ttc journey is over..

I've been ttc for 18 yrs with 3 miscarriages one 15 yrs ago one 11 yrs ago and one 2 yrs ago I had never gave up hope but I've been sick with pains and severe fatigue since January and 2 months ago I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia so my dreams of a biological child was shattered. I've been told that I can still try by my family and friends but that would just be selfish on my part. I'm on narcotics due to my severe all over body cramping and from my condition it has made me suffer severe anxiety which also requires meds. I have severe fatigue and brain fog and now I've started experiencing edema so because of that I'm having to take lasix. I'm so depressed because of this.
