massage in early pregnancy?

I'm nearly 5 weeks pregnant and it's my first time.😁
I'm on holiday at the moment and they have a lovely spa, can I have a massage treatment or am I not meant to?

I'm a massage therapist. Usually if you are cleared for normal activity like exercise and sex then massage is absolutely fine. Some spas do make you wait until after 14 weeks though just for liability reasons. Since miscarriage is more likely in first trimester, they don't want it being attributed to them
