How do I sort out my cycle days

So I normally go 28 days and I'm sure that's what I put when I first registered on here. But yesterday should have been my due on date but it's saying tomorrow is my first day of my period... Also that being said I've not come on yet and have no spotting either, although I do have period like pains and have had them for a few days now...
