When having prenatal care and labor and delivery, which did you prefer?

My husband and I have been looking into different options. Please comment your experience below.

I'm an ob nurse and in my personal experience. Midwives feel less clinical and more personal. Also if you have a low risk birth there really is no medical need to have an ob/gyn present. Sometime I feel like they jump the gun a little on interventions but that's just my personal opinion

I had a obgyn but when ever I get pregnant again. I want to have a midwife. try something new.

I've only had an Obgyn but have looked for a midwife as I wanted to do a homebirth with my last. Maybe this go around I will find one and get to have my water birth at home with hubby and our boys.
