31 weeks and feeling hot hot hot! Very HOT!

I'm 31 weeks and 1 day and I feel tremendously hot. My hands and feet are what feel the hottest but over all my whole body is hot. Is this just a normal side affect of pregnacy? Who else feels this way? Ways to coop with it since it's getting colder Here it's harder to balance out my heat and how hot I feel along with dressing for the weather :P. Who else is dealing with this ? First time mommy here so just wondering if this is normal and why it happens.
