Sudden scare affect baby?

So i keep getting scared out of nomore like this morning my fiance had his alarm clock very loud where it scared the crap out of me where i jump up out of bed. Mind you im a light sleeper so i hear everything 😩. I just wanna know am i hurting my baby everytime i get scared that bad to a point where i jump up.

No, you aren't hurting your baby... They are very safe in our bodies. Think about how people have lived and carried babies forever and all the things our ancestors had to do or avoid during their pregnancies. Now a days we have pretty cushy lifestyles during pregnancy. Sometimes loud noises will startle my baby and I can feel HIM jump. I just rub my baby belly to let him know everything is "okay".
