Is this your first or second period following baby?
It doesn't look very concerning to me to be honest, sorry I'm a nurse so I've seen it all. That's a pretty thin pad and gravity makes that "woosh" of blood come out naturally. If this is your first period following baby or one of the first 3 following baby then they tend to be heavier than most. It should get lighter in two or three days. 
If you have a fever, severe cramps (like contractions) or feeling dizzy/lightheaded then I would go to the ER. If you bleed so much you soak more than one regular thickness pad per hour then you should also get checked.
Are you on any medications? Or have you taken aspirin or anything in the past two days?

If you are postpartum then heavy bleeding can be normal for your first period. With my first they were stupid heavy for a couple of months. I had clots as well but my doctor advised unless they were bigger than a certain size I was OK. However, I can't remember what that size was as it was 11 years ago. If you feel weak I'd go to the Dr to be sure you aren't hemmroging*

Are you postpartum?? If you're postpartum and bleeding that much, I suggest calling either your ob/midwife or the hospital you gave birth at. If there are clots that are the size of a golf ball or bigger, go in. Don't just call. If the clots are quarter sized, call. I saw someone else say that according to your profile you're 3 weeks postpartum? That bleeding looks more like 2 days postpartum. That's what worries me. It should have slowed by now
