I'm having really bad cramping that goes into my back and my butt, I feel like I can't breath or move.. Am I having contractions? This is my first pregnancy

Make sure you are hydrated! The number one cause of false labor is dehydration.

Sounds like you're in labor. As long as they come and go. I remember them feeling like a wave coming from my back to my stomach. Is your stomach getting rock hard? Good luck and keep us posted (if you can).

Could be.. keep track of them like how often you are getting them.. mine went from every 15 minutes to every 2 minutes within seconds but I was having unconsistent contractions for an entire day before my water broke.. i was 38 weeks as well

Depends how often, I have a leaflet but I can't remember how close they have to be for labour could just be the beginning and not the main show if they don't last long and are more than a few minutes apart? I think xxx.
