Day 16 post partum!


So happy with my progress so far! No dieting or exercise - this is just from breastfeeding, drinking tons of water, eating very healthy foods, and not sleeping lol. Current weight: 137 (pre pregnancy: 150, pregnancy low: 141, pregnancy high: 165).
You can do it mamas! Our bodies were made for this!!
Side note: I just got the Motherhood Belle sleeping bra (pictured) and LOVE it. So comfy and cute I never want to take it off! Highly recommend!!
