confused!

So I'm two days late as of today after my miscarriage in May I have had a 25 day cycle instead of 28 not getting my hopes up at all because my heart can't take a BFN but I wanted to know if I'm doing the log right?!? When it asks if your period is here today an you say I why does it than say it starts the next day now mine says it will start the 18th now?!?
