Dry skin while breastfeed

does anyone have dry skin while breastfeed ? my skin was oil before and during pregnant,, got some acne during pregnant,, after gave birth my skin was the same but now my son is almost 3weeks and my milk start coming and i pump,, since the day my milk have came my skin is dry,, specially my face is super dry moisture or lotion couldnt help,,and more acne are coming,, i feel so exhausted ;((,, wonder if anyone get the same problem.??
