I have skin tags basically everywhere, under my arms, on my neck and even a couple on my back. I believe if you get them removed they just freeze dry it until it falls off (like a wart) but I could be wrong. I've never had any removed because they've never really bothered me

Looks like skin tag, common , I have one where my thighs touch. It's due to friction and more hormones in body .
