How did you guys cope with back pain ? I'm turning 39 weeks on Tuesday and my back pain the last week has been so bad that walking is so uncomfortable I limp everywhere and when I lay in bed I can't turn side to side or get up from bed with out feeling like I'm getting up with a broken lower back I want to cry sometimes it's so bad !
