frustrated mommy 😡

Sooo angry! Today the lady who helped me with my daughter Havannah's insurance emailed me and said there was a page that she forgot to send to me that I needed to sign for the insurance company. (Havannah is no longer covered under my insurance as her 30 days was 9/8) She told me if I got it back to her today she would send it over... So I did. She never got back to me if it had been sent over or not. In her original email she told me that the insurance company is behind on all their application processing. She said though that Havannah is effective 9/1. But I have no ID number for her. 
Well Havannah's pediatrician called me today and left a message and told me they checked my insurance to see if she had been added on and they saw she wasn't so they can't see her Monday. 
So on Monday I have to call the pediatrician at 830 in the morning and explain, then call the lady who was helping me, then call the insurance. Then try to get Havannah in this week. 
It would t be any different than if her appointment was later in the week, so I'm not super worried about that, plus she isn't sick or anything. But these are things that I didn't want to happen and that's why I made sure we applied on 8/31 for effective date 9/1 to make sure the turn around was before the 8th. 
Just very annoying and frustrating. Has this ever happened to anyone? Any suggestions on how to get this taken care of faster?  I'm feeling like a bad mom like I messed up. And since it involves her health it frustrates me more.
