HELP! Have you seen this before?!

Question

My daughter came home from school with this "rash" on her face. At first I just thought it was from running around and being hot but after 8 hours this is what it looks like. It's only on one side of her face, no where else on her body. It is hot to the touch. She says it itches. I'm taking her to the Dr in the morning but didn't know If anyone else has seen or experienced this? What is it? Does it spread? Is it contagious?! 
Possibilities: Heat Rash and Cellulitis of the face.

I looks like an allergic reaction I get them a lot (a am allergic to everything on the basic allergy test) Unless symptoms get worse Benadryl should work

Was she playing in the grass?  I was alergic to the grass and the bugs in the grass, but only on the inside of my lower arms, face and stomach.  Hope you figure it out.  It could also be contact dermititus.

Viral infection but bad for pregnant ladies.

If it shows up over her whole body it could be fifth disease. My sister got it a few times when she was younger.

It looks like something I have called keratosis polaris. My skin looked exactly like that when I had my first "flare up". Does she also have bumps on the back of her arms/thighs/back? If so, you should take her to the dermatologist and they will be able to immediately tell if that's what it is. Hope this helps😊

When I was a little bit younger I got this and the doctor said it was something called slap cheek syndrome. I had bright red cheeks and arms. It wasn't too bad but I had to have time off school

I used to get something like this on my face too and they told me that it was an allergy reaction to something ... poor baby hope she feels better !
