4 dpo cramps and bubbles

Im so anxius .. i cant stop googling possible early symptoms .. at 1 dpo i felt weird bubbles and pinching pain around ovary area.. that bubbling feeling was sooo weird nothing i've ever had before. I also have mild cramping..although the cramping did intensify when i went for a nature walk with my hubby this morning. Im also really gassy 😞.. Is anyone on my same boat? Im going insane...everything seems like a symptom 😞
