Is this norm

They other day i got home and i felt kinda funny i had this warm sensation in my underwear. It was warm kinda like i peed myself. So i put my fingers in my pants. When i took them out there was this white substance. I had no clue what it was. Usually my discharge is clear. Is that normal.😷😷😬😬😬😬😬
