Question

So if i add 1 more extra oz of water to the formula then what your supposed to add well that make it less heavy on my baby? Well that make her a little less constipated? I read that some where here i just dont remember how it was. Someone help

My doc and ALL the nurses at the hospital told me.... Repeated to me.... To NEVER change anything to the formula..... It has to be prepared exactly as it is indicated....

you shouldnt ever prepare formula any way other than how the container says. Diluting the formula for any reason is tied to lots of issues, namely malnutrition because theyre getting full on water and wont get as much actual formula with nutrients. Also, water toxicity is a thing for small babies, can cause seizures and many other problems because it depletes their sodium/electrolytes. Ask the Dr what to do for constipation if baby needs something they will tell you what to do!

Please don't dilute the formula. A couple went to jail a few years ago because their infant died from starvation or something because they diluted the formula to make it last longer.
