Epsom salt baths during pregnancy, safe or unsafe ? what are your thoughts ladies ?

My dr told me to be easy on the peppermint spearmint stuff but milk and honey and lavender and there is a ache relief one too that is fine. I use just the plain and add bubble bath with my Epsom salt.

They're perfectly safe as long as you only put I think 2 cups or less in. Personally I just go by the handful
