Anyone else's newborn a terrible nap taker?

My LO is 8 weeks on Monday and the past few days she naps at best for 20 mins at a time, but is still dead tired all day. She squirms a lot and I think that may have something to do with gas. I do swaddle her, but it's her squirmy legs that seem to wake her. Share your troubles with your terrible sleeper of you'd like and/or give advice.

She has been bad on and off. Just started using gas drops to try to help her sleep for longer. Day or night, she wakes herself up by squirming with gas pain. Also, the pain makes her pull away while feeding. I am convinced that only continues the cycle of gas. I don't know what the deal is with all the information saying that gas is not the problem with sleep, it seems like she can only fall asleep after the wind finally breaks!

Usually she's good but today I think she had gas that kept waking her up. Gas drops and a swing for naps are my advice.

My daughter has been doing the same thing ... She'll sleep all night in her crib but not for naps! She will take a good nap in her swing but I don't want her getting too used to it.
