Natural Birth Mamas
Is anyone here trying to opt for a birth with minimal interventions and opting to use alternatives to conventional pain relief (I.e. Avoiding an epidural) ?
I feel like some friends and family members are very skeptical of my plan to labor and deliver in a birth center that's attached to my hospital and to avoid the pain meds. Any ideas for support? Every one of my friends has either had a cesarean or an epidural. Thanks mamas.
