I'm fat. And it's funny to my SO

(Sorry for being so long) So tonight, my SO, two of our friends and I went to this Chinese buffet.. Well after eating we got our fortune cookies, I picked mine and opened it. (It will be pictured below) What is says is upsetting to me. Idk why it's bothering me so much but it is. I know I'm fat, I know I'm over weight but what hurt the most was when everyone laughed about the fortune I received. EVERYONE, our friends and my SO. It has me thinking... Maybe that is why he never wants to have sex with me, kiss me, love me, or cuddle with me.. Basically give me the affection I would like to receive from a man who claims to love me. I KNOW I'm probably being over dramatic about it but GLOW is where I have to let things go too.. Cause Everytime I try to talk to him he gets mad. I'm just upset about it is all.. Laugh at me, whatever but I'm just very self conscious about my body. That's all. Thanks
