early labor
I went to the hospital for contractions last night, I'm 38 weeks. They said I am 1 1/2 cm dilated, 60% effaced and at a -2 station. I've been having small contractions pretty much all night. I didn't think about when I was there but anyone know what the -2 means? this is my second baby so I wonder when he will come! Any tips for laboring at home?
